Shipping policy

International Orders:
International orders are shipped and delivered exclusively through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 days or as agreed upon during order confirmation. The delivery timeline is subject to the norms of the respective courier company or post office.

Domestic Orders:
Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only. Similar to international orders, domestic orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 days or as agreed upon during order confirmation. Delivery is subject to the policies of the courier company or post office.

Responsibility and Guarantee:
R&J GROUPS is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date please always check the product description before placing order in most case we have updated the delivery duration there. 

Delivery Address and Confirmation:
All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to the buyer's specified email address.
