Refund policy

At The Label I, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns:

- IMPORTANT: Returns will only be processed if accompanied by an unpacking video. Please record a video while unpacking your order to ensure a smooth return process.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Products purchased during a sale or with an offer or coupon code are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Official.thelabeli@gmail.com or via our website chat box to start the return process. Please provide your order number, unpacking video, and reason for the return.

2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Ship the Item: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label in most cases. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location within 3 days. We will inform you if this applies to your return.

Refund Processing:

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or as store credit, depending on our policy.

Exchange Policy:

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Once an order has been exchanged, further exchanges cannot be requested. If you decide to return the exchanged item, only store credit will be provided.
- Items for exchange must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- IMPORTANT: Exchanges will only be processed if accompanied by an unpacking video of the original item and the exchange item.
Products eligible only for exchange: Items from I Fashion Studio and Aurna by I are eligible only for exchange. Refunds will not be issued for these products.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Ready-to-wear garments
- Customized blouses
- Customized sarees
- Customized dresses
- Items purchased during clearance or sale events
- Customized or personalized products

Store Credits:

- Store credits may be issued instead of a refund for eligible returns.
- Store credits can be used for future purchases and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Contact@thelabeli.com or via our website chat box. To facilitate the return or replacement process, please provide a video showing the unpacking and the specific damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
